During this 45-minute class, our coaches will take you through various jump set up and strengthening exercises that will make your muscles sizzle and cool you off with steady cardio and movement. All classes end with a circuit of the basic jumps to round out the conditioning/technique approach. Both take off and landing legs will be of focus in this quick-paced class that will truly prepare you for explosiveness on the ice.
